Life Challenges
Quieten the noise, sleep better, and feel like yourself again
When stress and anxiety start running the show, everything gets harder — work, sleep, relationships, even the small things. Using hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP and coaching, I’ll help you understand what’s driving it and give you practical tools to feel calm and in control again. For people of all ages, in person or online.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most of us feel stressed or anxious at some point — in the short term, it’s the body’s way of helping us rise to a challenge. But when it goes on for too long, it can take a real toll on your health, your mood and your everyday life.
- You lack direction, feel bored or confounded
- Unfulfilled in your relationship or marriage
- Impacted by fears and phobias
- Anxious, overwhelmed and constantly worried
- Full of self-doubt and low self-esteem
- a deep loss or bereavement of someone close
- after a recent diagnosis
Life changes that often bring stress with them
Moving house
A new job or interview
Illness or injury
Losing someone close
Marriage or divorce
Having a baby
Pressure at work
How I work
There’s no one-size-fits-all. I’ll combine the approaches that suit you best, and always work at your pace.
Hypnotherapy
A safe, natural therapy — and, contrary to popular belief, you stay in control the whole time. I simply guide you into a relaxed, focused state.
Together we recognise the old patterns that keep anxiety going, and build new, positive ones in their place.
EFT (tapping)
Gentle tapping on acupressure points, combined with simple phrases, to release stress and calm strong emotions. I trained with Emma Roberts and Sue Beer, founders of The EFT Centre.
The beauty of EFT is that I can teach you to use it on yourself, whenever you need it.
NLP and life coaching
NLP helps you understand what drives your responses, so you can change them and move past limiting beliefs.
Coaching then turns that into clear, achievable goals — so you can build a future that feels possible again.
Outdoor sessions
Walk and talk
Sometimes it’s easier to talk side by side than face to face. We take the session outdoors into one of London’s parks or riverside walks, leaving the four walls behind.
Ideal for busy city workers, or parents who’d like to bring the pushchair along.
Why I do this
I’ve been through stressful times too
I’ll share the coping techniques that helped me, alongside relaxation tools and a coaching plan made just for you — to bring back the balance and calm you’ve been missing. My sessions are a calm, unhurried space where you can explore what’s going on, at your own pace, without judgement.

Common questions
Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. You stay in control the whole time. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state — a bit like being absorbed in a good book. I act as a guide, and you can come out of it whenever you choose.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you and what you’d like to work on. We’ll talk it through on your free call, and I’ll give you an honest idea of what to expect.
Can we meet online?
Yes. I work over Zoom, Teams, Skype and FaceTime, as well as in person in Battersea and Balham, and outdoors for walk-and-talk sessions.
Do you only work with women?
No. While much of my work is in fertility and pregnancy, I help people of all ages and genders with anxiety and stress.
Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. My therapies are complementary. If you’re receiving treatment for anxiety or another condition, I’ll work alongside your GP or healthcare team, never instead of them.
